Kampala tycoons on Sunday attended the vigil of Ivan Ssemwanga Sunday night at the fallen socialite’s home in Muyenga, and set up a development trust fund to help his three children.

The Trust Fund idea was a brainchild of Club Guvnor Proprietor Charlie Lubega.

Other tycoons and celebrities at the vigil included Godfrey Kirumira, Bad Black, Jose Chameleone, and Jack Pemba.

Lubega contributed Shs 5million to the fund which had hit Shs 20m by close of Sunday.

The tycoon also gave Shs 10m as condolence to the bereaved family.

Lubega described Semwanga as irreplaceable and kind.

“Ivan Semwanga can never be replaced. He was a one of a kind client, individually and as Rich Gang. We have hosted the Rich gang party for a very long time and those who have always attended can witness that he was one of our biggest customers.

“We are really going to miss him.”
