Comedian and Lubaga South MP Kato Lubwama has castigated Kyadondo East constituency MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine over his conduct in Parliament on Wednesday.
Bobi Wine, one of the 24 MPs opposed to the lifting of the age limit to allow three-decade president Yoweri Museveni rule beyond the age of 75, sang down a motion by Igara West MP Raphael Magyezi on Tuesday.
Bobi and his group would later refuse to leave the chambers after Speaker Rebecca Kadaga suspended them. They would later engage in a scuffle with Special Forces Brigade (SFC).
Lubwama has on two occasions – at a top Kampala hotel and a city radio station – hit at Bobi for conducting himself “like a kid” who “doesnot qualify to be in Parliament”.
“Some MPs act like Kids and they’re not supposed to be in Parliament and this issue is beyond them. Bobi Wine is aged enough but still acts like a primary one kid. He doesn’t qualify to be in Parliament,” Lubwama said.
