He had for three times been denied bail by High Court Judges Oumo Oguli and Yasin Nyanzi.
He has been released on a Shs 10 million cash bail while his sureties were placed on a Shs 10 million court bond.
His co-accused Cythia Munwangari and Mathew Kanyamunyu were in March this year granted bail.
Kanyamunyu today presented evidence that he has a fixed place of abode. He availed a tenancy agreement of his home located at Royal Palms Estate in Luzira, Kampala and introductory letters from his land lord and LC1 chairperson.
He also presented five sureties, his uncle Julius Kanyamunyu, his aunts Sebunya Amerian and Stella Karuhanga, his cousin Emmy Karuhanga and Gabi Gasatula his guardian.
