Uganda Cranes Loses Friendly Match Against Madagascar

The Uganda Cranes on Wednesday (4^th October) lost their friendly match against Madagascar. The match was played at the Startimes stadium in Lugogo.

The practice match, which ended 2-1 in favour of Madagascar, was aimed at preparing the National Team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ghana to be played on Saturday, October 7^th.

The Cranes’ only goal was scored by KCCA FC’s Muzamiru Mutyaba before Madagascar equalized and later scored a winning goal.

Uganda will be hosting Ghana in a do or die affair in the World Cup Qualifier game to be played on Saturday at the Mandela National Stadium Namboole.

Uganda Cranes is second in the group which is led by Egypt.
