Comedy Store fans on Thursday evening (November 30th 2017) got the best of singers Radio and Weasel as the duo performed at the weekly comedy show hosted by stand-up Comedian Alex Muhangi.
Radio and Weasel, who recently celebrated 10 years in music with a massive concert, put up an energetic performance at Comedy Store, giving fans what we would call an ‘Early Christmas’.
The duo took the stage at a few minutes past midnight and kicked off their performance with their hit song “Talk and Talk” and thereafter “Nyambura”, “Ability”, “Bread and Butter”, “Lwaki Onumya”, “Gutamiiza” and “Juicy-Juicy” among others.
Throughout their performance many fans were on their feet, singing and dancing along with majority of the crowd recording on their smart phones.
Earlier on, the Undercover Brothers band and comedians Dolibondo, MC Restaurant, Senga Justine Nantume, Dikhanio, Snake and Zollo, and MC Mariach entertained the crowd with jokes about Politics, Relationships and Day-to-Day life.
MC Mariach’s performance however turned out to be the most exciting as he joked about his recent Introduction ceremony.
“I know many ladies are admiring this slim handsome dude on stage; well I am sorry to disappoint you but am taken,” Mariach said during his act.
Popular RnB singer and vocalist Naava Grey also came as a surprise act and took the fans through her infectious songs, “Soka Lami”, “Nteredde”, “Ninga Omuloge” and “Aliba Wani”.
