Renowned Ugandan musician and actress Hellen Lukoma held her Kukyala as her lover met her parents on Sunday.
‘Kukyala’ is the first visit a man and his family makes to the girl’s family to make their intentions (to marry her) known. An introduction ceremony and wedding follow after.
Months ago Lukoma showed off her engagement ring via Social Media, confirming that she had finally met her Mr. Right.
Lukoma was formerly in a relationship with Dean Nsubuga. The two would later break up after accusing each other of infidelity.
Her new fiance, this website has learnt, is her manager.
