Kira Court Magistrate Joan Cairo has charged and remanded Onogoria Moses accused for killing Ainebyona Arnold to Luzira prison.

Ongoria was not allowed to take a plea on the capital charges and only heard in High court.

This matter will be brought up at Buganda Road court where all capital offences in lower courts are mentioned via video conferencing system.

He was remanded to Luzira prison till 26th July Pending more inquiries.
