Buikwe North MP Paul Musoke Ssebulime has filed for divorce from his marriage with fellow legislator Judith Babirye.
Ssebulime filed in the Family Division of High Court at Makindye in May referenced No DC97/2019.
Babirye and Ssebulime married late last year in a highly flamboyant ceremony. Few months into their relationship, Babirye flew out of the country on account that she had been poisoned.
She gave birth to a baby boy while in Boston but according to Ssebulime, the baby doesn’t belong to him. He says in his case that Babirye has been denying her conjugal rights.
Ssebulime rekindled his relationship with his first wife Lukia Ntale.
