CORONAVIRUS: All Isolated Foreign Nationals Test Negative

The Ministry of Health has announced that all the four foreign nationals that were isolated due to coronavirus fears have tested negative.

The ministry isolated the four national on Monday morning after they showed symptoms of flu and cough.

They had been picked from Entebbe International Airport upon their arrival in the country.

Samples have been collected and are currently being tested at Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI). Results will be communicated to the public accordingly,” the ministry reported in a statement.

No coronavirus case has been detected in Uganda as yet.
