CECAFA U-23: Byekwaso Names Starting Eleven to Face DR Congo

Uganda U-23 head coach Morley Byekwaso has named the starting eleven to face Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the regional Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) U23 Challenge Cup in Ethiopia.

The game which is slated to take place at 1:00PM EAT will be played at the Bahir Dar International Stadium.

The tournament will feature nine countries including Eritrea, Djibouti, Burundi, Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, DRC and hosts Ethiopia. It will run from July 18 to 31 in the town of Bahir Dar.

Uganda was drawn in Group A with DRC and Tanzania, Group B has hosts Ethiopia, Burundi and Eritrea while Group C has Djibouti, South Sudan and Kenya.
