Fireworks Advertising Boss Frank Muthusi is Dead

Fireworks Advertising Group CEO Frank Muthusi has died.

Muthusi, a seasoned advertiser who has been responsible for business growth, strategy and overall profitability of Fireworks reportedly died at his home on Wednesday afternoon.

Preliminary reports indicate that he slipped and fell to his death in his bathroom.

He had been at Fireworks Advertising for over 10 years having joined the Agency in 2013.

Starting off as a Systems and Operations Manager, Muthusi rose through the Agency’s ranks to become the Business Unit Manager in charge of Media, General Manager until recently when he sat at the helm of the whole group.

Away from his roles at Fireworks, he led the Uganda Advertising Association as Chairperson, a position he held for a term spanning from April 2022 to March 2024.

Throughout his advertising career, Muthusi led his team at Fireworks advertising to execute award-winning campaigns for their clients bringing Fireworks among the top advertising Agencies in the country.

Among the brands that have been under his stewardship is; Centenary Bank, NSSF, Crown Beverages, MultiChoice Uganda, Uganda Clays among others.
