Express FC winger Alpha Thierry Ssali, son of Ugandan musician Bebe Cool, has been a centre of attention in the ongoing transfer window.

Bebe Cool has revealed that his son is currently in Spain undergoing trials with Khaled Catalunya Management.

The program is designed to evaluate his skills, fitness, and overall potential as a footballer.

Speaking about Alpha’s progress, Bebe Cool emphasized that the trials are a crucial step in determining the young player’s future. “We expect to receive feedback after the trials, which will provide valuable insights into his status as a player and areas for improvement. This will guide us on the next steps,” he explained.

Contrary to circulating rumors, Bebe Cool clarified that Alpha has not signed with any Spanish football club. “These claims are premature and inaccurate. Alpha will return to Uganda after the trials and complete the season in the Uganda Premier League (UPL),” he said.

However, Bebe Cool didn’t confirm whether the winger will finish the league’s second round at Express after he is reportedly linked with a move to URA FC.
