The Kati Kati Grounds in Lugogo lit up with excitement and celebration as Queen Anisha Mugagga, a 12-year-old student from Elite High School Entebbe, was crowned Miss High School 2025 at the prestigious Kiromo Teenz Choice Awards.
The event, which drew thousands of young people, educators, and influencers, recognized teen excellence in fashion, talent, and influence. Among fierce competition, Anisha stood out with her confidence, elegance, and outstanding achievements.
At just 12, Queen Anisha is already building an inspiring legacy. She holds several other national titles, including Little Miss Universe Uganda and Miss Popularity 2025. She’s also a rising actress featured in the popular JDC series, a runway model who has walked for events like the Bride & Groom Expo and Beauty and Hair Fashion Shows, and a passionate environmental advocate known as a Plastic Warrior.
“I want to inspire young girls to follow their dreams boldly,” Anisha said in her acceptance speech. “I believe beauty is not just in how you look, but in how you act, create, and uplift others.”
Outside of the spotlight, Anisha enjoys acting and writing poetry, and she continues to grow her platform as a social media influencer. Her TikTok account, @Qween Anisha Mugagga, has quickly gained popularity among teen audiences.
Her win at the Kiromo Teenz Choice Awards marks the beginning of a new chapter for the young queen, and many are already calling her one of Uganda’s brightest young stars.
