100 Vulnerable Women and Youth Begin Skilling Journey Under Mungu Feni Foundation Program

Mungu Feni Foundation has launched the third cohort of the garment cutting and tailoring training.  Speaking at the launch, Mr. Feni Benard the organisation’s CEO and founder emphasised the need for skilling as an essential for individual and community development.

  Every year, Mungu Feni implements this project equipping orphans, teenage mothers and widows in Arua with essential skills to thrive in society.

 Skilling, particularly through initiatives like tailoring projects contributes significantly to Uganda’s national development by reducing unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship and self reliance, empowering vulnerable populations such as teenagers mothers as well as directly supporting economic growth and industrialization.

 Therefore as Mungu Feni Foundation invests in such projects, it is evident that the future of the 100 participants from vulnerable communities is full of hope and their lives will be transformed.
