Bumangi Catholic Parish in Kalangala District is full of celebrations as court sets Fr. Deusdedit Ssekabira court bail.

Ssekabira was arrested in December last year and later presented before court on charges relating to money laundering.

However, the Masaka High Court Justice Nakintu Katamba, on Tuesday afternoon granted Ssekabira bail as investigations into his case continue by the prosecution.

Celebrations amongst priests and parishioners at Bumangi Catholic Parish have already started celebrating the release of the man of God, thanking the almighty and court for releasing him.
