The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has expressed dismay with the government’s reluctance to allocate ‘enough’ money to organise the 2021 elections.

According to Ssemujju Nganda, the FDC Spokesperson, government’s reluctance to release funds is a way to keep the population ignorant and easy to exploit.
