Musician Pallaso has this morning shared a video on his social media platforms claiming that he was assaulted by security officers at his home in Makindye.

In one video he has shared, Pallaso is seen having a heated argument with the officers, some uniformed and non-uniformed. The video features Pallaso’s manager, Karma Ivan and members of his team. Pallaso is heard telling his manager not to fight the police officers describing them as ‘mad people’ and that they could cause harm.

The singer is heard asking a police officer why they want him arrested. The singer, however, does not give the officer a chance to explain.

One officer is heard saying, “We have been getting public outcries….”

He goes on to say that they have always ignored Pallaso’s home during their operations. It seems the crime the police officers are faulting Pallaso for is making noise for his neighbours.

Pallaso is at some point seen resisting arrest. He runs from the police officers while recording himself. Another shows Pallaso with a handcuff on his hands. “I have escaped. They wanted to arrest me. I broke away from them because of my energy. But they beat me. They have beaten my brother Henry….”
