13 More Vision Group Staff Test Positive for Covid19

A week Vision Group CEO Robert Kabushenga announcing that one of his staff members had tested positive for coronavirus.

Word has emerged that 13 more have tested positive. This is according to online news platform, SoftPower News which says they have seen a chat between Kabushenga and members of the national Covid-19 task force.

 “Guys I have confirmed thirteen COVID-19 cases from my staff from the tests of last week. This is serious. We are going back to the lockdown levels of congestion. We are also splitting our staff into two cohorts for operational continuity,” Kabushenga allegedly wrote to the task force.

Adding that, “The problem is here & I think by the end of the coming week all of us will be dealing with serious numbers. Ne have to turn mask wearing & sanitization and mandatory requirement of working our offices. Those who don’t comply should simply be sent home”

Uganda has reported a total of 2,263 cases of Covid-19 while 20 people have succumbed to the pandemic.
