Former KCCA FC Manager Mike Mutebi has landed a coaching deal with Rwandan top tier side Sports Club Kiyovu.
Mutebi who was shown the exit from KCCA in March is expected to leave the country headed for Amahoro stadium, the home of SC Kiyovu.
Reports indicate that the former Uganda Cranes tactician will be allowed to appoint his own backroom staff with whom he will train the team.
Among other duties, Mutebi has been tasked with revamping the academy and making sure players come through straight to the main team.
He joins the team at the back drop of a 2-1 loss to Rutsiro in the Rwanda National Football League Group stages.
Kiyovu Sports has previously won five league titles, three trophies, and one super cup, and was the only Rwandan club to go a whole season unbeaten in 1990.
