Gilly Muwanga, better known by his stage name Gilly Mu, is a UK based Ugandan choreographer, music artist, singer and songwriter. He is one of the fast rising music artists in Diaspora representing Uganda.

Born in the south region of United Kingdom city of London, Gilly Mu studied at Italia conti and British School, and later graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Arts degree majoring in Music and Literature.

The multi-talented artiste started his music career a few years ago and has since released great songs that have won him a huge fanbase.

He came into the limelight after releasing his hit song titled “Waragi” which received massive airplay on radio and television.

He has also collaborated with other artistes like Pallaso and Durdemdartune among others.

“I started doing music because I had a lot of passion for it. I have been inspired by stars like T pain, Micheal Jackson and James brown,” he says.

Gilly Mu is currently signed to GMM a management company for music artists.
