Uganda Cranes player Taddeo Lwanga has joined Djibouti Giants Association Sportive d’Arta (simply Arta Solar 7).
The club is yet to confirm the developments but sources close have it that the player has already agreed a two-year deal.
The Rock solid Midfielder recently parted ways with Tanzanian giants Simba alongside Chris Mugalu (DR Congo) and Meddie Kagere (Rwanda).
He spent two years at Msimbazi where he won the league and also helped the club qualify for the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
He has played for Express, SC Villa, Vipers and Egyptian side Tanta SC.
At Arta Solar, he will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Cameroon duo of Alex Song and Carlos Kameni among others.
He will be hoping to steer Arta Solar to CAF Champions League groups as the side start campaign against Sudan’s Al Merrikh in the preliminary round.
