While the rest of the housemates catch a welcome break as no one is evicted from Biggie’s mansion, What’s in the box? A chance to take another housemate directly to the finale. As part of her prize for winning this week’s Head of House (HoH) challenge, Ipeleng had one more box to open.
As supreme veto holder and HoH, Ipeleng opened the second envelope, revealing that she could select one housemate to take to the Big Brother Titans finale. She had 25 minutes to decide, and no housemates could influence her decision.
Everyone assumed Miracle OP would receive the honour, but Ipeleng shocked everyone by announcing she was taking Ebubu with her.
Ipeleng told a stunned Ebubu who was struggling to take in the news, “Show people what you’re capable of.” His repeated response to those congratulating him was, “I’m still in shock.”
While the rest of the housemates congratulated Ebubu, everyone in the room looked as surprised by Ipeleng’s generosity.
This week, there were no nominations or evictions, so housemates were left to answer Lawrence Maleka and co-host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s provocative questions.
Ebuka asked Tsatsii about being friend-zoned by Kanaga Jnr, which he denies and Miracle OP about when he noticed Ipeleng in the house. “Ipeleng is a fantastic woman,” he answered. “I admire her new-found bravery – from a woman who doubted herself.” Insisting that he always noticed her to an unconvinced Ebuka.
Things really became uncomfortable in the house as Ebuka tried to understand the dynamics of the Blaqboi, Nana and Blue Aiva love triangle. While Blaqboi confirmed he’s focused on Blue Aiva, and a clearly irritated Nana made it known she’s not involved nor an intruder in Blaqboi and Blue Aiva’s relationship, Blue Aiva made it known that’s her man – calling him Blueboi to Ebuka. Nana for the rest of the night could only look on with stunned silence as the conversation about her continued.
The remaining 16 days in Biggie’s house will be exciting, so hold on tight!
