PHOTOS: 15 Remarkable Shots from the Uganda Solidarity Summit on Refugees

President Yoweri Museveni and the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres have successfully completed the 2017 Uganda Solidarity Summit on Refugees.

The Summit which the two leaders hosted concurrently was aimed at supporting Uganda in its efforts to help refugees whose influx remains high.

Currently, Uganda hosts close to 1.4million refugees most of whom are from war-ravaged South Sudan.

This number makes Uganda the country with the highest number of refugees in Africa and the second in the world.
