Ugandan singer Bobi Wine, alias Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu, is set to be sworn today afternoon as Kyadondo East MP.

Excitement and celebrations have already started with supporters outside the house of the singer-turned-politician.

They have also escorted him outside of his home chanting his praises.

Bobi Wine was accompanied by wife Barbie Itungo, his child pastor and friends.

He is expected to take oath at 2pm after which a celebration party will crown up the inauguration at Saza Grounds in Kasangati.
