Kenyan President and Jubilee Party candidate Uhuru Kenyatta has been declared winner of the 2017 Kenya Presidential elections beating, National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission declared Ihuru Kenyatta winner with 54.3% of the total votes cast, while his rival Raila Odinga got 44.7%.
This comes just 2 days after Raila Odinga came out and rejected the provisional results released by the IEBC, describing them as “sham, fictitious and fake”.
Uhuru Kenyatta, who has been in office since 2013, will be President of Kenya for his second and final term of 5 years.
