NRM’s Kyabaggu Wins Kalungu LC5 By-Election

National Resistance Movement (NRM) flag-bearer Richard Kyabaggu has been declared winner of Thursday's Kalungu District LC5 Chairperson by-election beating his rival Emmanuel Musoke of the Democratic Party.
