PHOTOS: Bobi Wine, Wife Take Charity to Sowe Island

Just a day after donating beddings to vulnerable children in Kampala and Wakiso, singer Bobi Wine, his wife Barbie together with Heart for Children Uganda, a Christian Charity organization on Tuesday (March 15, 2017) visited the people of Sowe Island on Lake Victoria and made another commendable donation.

Among the items donated were mattresses, blankets and mosquito nets.

“The people’s state of livelihood at Sowe Island is alarming. We visited them in a bid to make their nights a little bit more comfortable,” Bobi Wine said.

The beneficiaries from the donation were mainly pregnant mothers, children, widows, the disabled and orphans.
