US government has renewed its support to Tanzania aimed at reducing HIV/Aids infections in the FY 2017-18.
The fund is worth $526m (about TShs 1.2tn).
The Communication Unit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation on Monday issued a statement, announcing that the support will help in HIV testing for 8.6 million Tanzanians.
Also, the fund will be used to treat 360,000 new HIV Positive patients.
