The body of fallen city socialite Ivan Semwanga was on Sunday evening taken to Mengo Hospital for re-examination and treatment.

A-Plus Funeral Services transported the body from Entebbe Airport and delivered it at Mengo Hospital at around 3:00 PM.

At Mengo Hospital, the body was treated and also re-examined to find the cause of death on request by the relatives.

At around 7:00 PM, the body was transported from Mengo Hospital to the deceased’s home in Muyenga, where a vigil was held and public viewing granted to mourners.

A funeral service will be held today at Rubaga after which the body will be taken to Kayunga ahead of the burial scheduled for tomorrow.
