PHOTOS: Top Musicians Woo Voters to Bobi Wine’s Side at Massive Rally

The campaign camp of singer Bobi Wine a.k.a Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu has been boosted by support from fellow artists.

From pledges of support by comedienne Anne Kansiime and singer Eddy Kenzo, other artists have taken another step to appear at the self-styled ghetto president’s campaign rallies in Kyadondo East Constituency where Bobi is facing Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) candidate Apollo Kantinti among others.

An independent candidate, Bobi’s popularity as a musician-turned-political activist is likely to give him an edge over Kantinti in the June 29 poll.

On Monday, Bobi’s supporters were entertained by musicians at Wampewo Grounds in a massive show of support.

This was Bobi’s second rally and  musicians Geosteady, King Saha, Kalifah Aganaga, Spice Diana and Victor Kamenyo turned up to persuade the voters to trust the ghetto boy whose informal slogan is “Bikwase Kyagulanyi” (Hand your Issues to Kyagulanyi).
