The burial programme for fallen UPC stalwart, Edward Rurangaranga has been released.
The programme was made at meeting he convened at the Office of the Prime Minister on Wednesday 2 August 2017 to plan for the burial of the former Chairman of the UPC, legislator, minister and local leader.
The meeting released the progamme for sending off Rurangaranga as follows:
Wednesday 2nd August 2017—2pm—-Body at Uganda House
Thursday 3rd August 2017–10am to 5pm–Body lies in State in Parliament for Parliament to pay tribute
Friday 4th August 2017–9am to 12 noon–Funeral Service at All Saints Cathedral, Nakasero
Friday 4th August 2017–Afternoon–Body taken to Kitagata, Sheema
Saturday 5th August 2017– 12 noon–Burial at his home in Kitagata, Sheema
