Singer Jaguar Wins Parliamentary Election in Kenya

Kenyan musician Charles Njagua a.k.a Jaguar takes Starehe MP seat beating rival social activist Boniface Mwangi.

Jaguar was the Starehe MP flag bearer for the ruling Jubilee Party.

Boniface has since conceded defeat and congratulated the “Kigeugeu” hit maker.

Jaguar’s win comes on the heels of another in Uganda where musician Bobi Wine won a parliamentary seat in a by-election in Wakiso’s Kyadondo East constituency.
