Renowned rally ace and entrepreneur Andrew Desh Kananura’s Panamera Bar and Lounge, which faces eviction over “illegally and unlawfully” occupying the plots on which it sits The Tower Post reports.
A court notice from the Land Division at High Court in Kampala that this website has seen shows that Desh Kananura a trespasser and has been unlawfully occupying the plots 20-30 along Saddler Way in Naguru, Kampala.
According to the court notice, Himalaya Traders limited, Kamukamu Associates limited and a one Jetwant Singh among others are the lawful proprietors of the plots of land in the suit land as reflected on the respective leasehold certificates of title.
Police Led by Kiira road Police Commander, Mr Michael Kasigire has this morning sealed off the Naguru-based nightspot following the court order that instructs Andrew Kananura to vacate the plots.
