Dr Abel Rwendeire, the Deputy Chairperson of the National Planning Authority, has died.
Rwendeire succumbed to a heart attack Thursday.
He served as the junior minister in the dockets of industry and education.
His most recent assignment was heading a visitation committee investigating woes of Makerere University.
