Inspector General of Police Okoth Ochola has Monday made a reshuffle on the Uganda Police that saw senior police officers transferred and appointed.
Ochola has transferred and appointed 23 officers in a March 19th Authorizing statement.
The transferred and appointed officers include; AIGP Abbas Byakagaba, who has been moved from Oil and Gas to Counter Terrorism as Director; SCP Tanui Stephen from IGP’s Office to FFU as Deputy Commander and SCP Kasalawo Christopher has been moved from FFU to CT as Deputy Director Oil and Gas among others.
The changes, IGP Ochola’s message shows, “take immediate effect.”
