Audio and video power house Swangz Avenue has today announced the date for the next edition of Kampala’s quarterly family day out event by the Lakeside, Roast And Rhyme.
Happening for the 8th time, the event which has been dubbed the ‘Soul on Strings’ will take place on Sunday October 28th at its usual venue, Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo.
According to Swangz Avenue publicist Jaylor Burungi, revelers will part with Shs 50,000 and gates open at 11AM. The event is free for kids below 10 years.
“We have a big lineup of Uganda’s best soul artistes and you should expect the best,” Jaylor said.
“There will be lots of Muchomo [Barbecue] all day long, Roast And Rhyme Market, Kids area with lots of games, ample parking and security is 100% guarantee,” she added.
