A Proposal at a Family Planning Conference: Patrick Segawa of the Public Health Ambassadors Uganda surprised participants at an international conference in Rwanda with a proposal to his girlfriend Patience Kyebitondo.

During the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP), participants were still enjoying a flash mob dance when Segawa went on his knees and proposed Kyebitondo.

She had rehearsed to take part in a flash mob dance.

Yet the group assigned her to guard their luggage as they entertained participants.

A new twist would later wipe away the temporary disappointment when a dancer took her on for a  a bachata dance

Segawa used the time of this dance to do final touches on his proposal surprise.

Immediately the dance was over, Segawa went on his knees.

Kyebitondo was surprised, visibly.

And when she had taken in the surprise, it was a ‘yes’.
