Exim Bank Uganda has launched the Exim Visa Prepaid Card at its headquarters on Hannington Road. This happened on Friday morning. The new Visa Prepaid Card which allows customers of the bank and non customers of the bank to transact and access their funds anytime of their own convenience across the world.
Mr Wakasa Moses, the Commissioner of information, dissemination, monitoring and Inspection OPM, who was the guest of honor applauded the Bank for its engagement in the innovation of Uganda’s economy and also for its outstanding great services like the new prepaid card.
Mr T.K Sabhapathy CEO Exim Bank encouraged all kinds of people to purchase the Visa prepaid card since it is easily accessible across the country and on the other way it will be improving the digitalization of Uganda. It will also improve the concept of financial use that will be adopted since its advised to load only mainly that you are going to use.
The new prepaid VISA Card has a double security measures that validates the security of the card. The card also allows users to create income into the bank, allows online transactions like online shopping like on eBay . The most significant thing about the new card ,the use can be able to access in more than six (6) currencies across the world at no additional costs. The new Visa Prepaid Card is expected to improve payments of clients , students fees and also paying while exploring life In Dubai or anywhere in the world that they would travel .
The card will cost 15000Ugx.
