The Ministry of Health is making preparations to address the members of the press and the general public at 1pm today, this website has learnt.
It will be the third press conference by the Ministry since Uganda confirmed her first case of COVID-19 on Saturday. Eight more cases were registered on Sunday, making the number of patients nine, six of which had been intercepted at Entebbe Airport while two had been picked from their places of quarantine.
The Ministry said they had all returned from Dubai, prompting a call of an appeal to Ugandans who recently returned to Uganda from Dubai to report to the Health desk for screening.
