Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, Mukono Municipality Member of Parliament, Betty Nambooze and Makindye West MP, Allan Ssewanyana have on Tuesday been unveiled as Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) members.

Lukwago and others were introduced as FDC members at the party offices in Najjanakumbi.

Lukwago who is said to be one of the people the party intends to field in the presidential race said, “I’m a seasoned politician but not a seasonal one. I have taken this decision to join FDC as a seasoned politician but others can take theirs as seasonal politicians. Najjanankumbi is now my home.”

“I have not come to FDC to seek personal gains. I have come to push the struggle to liberate our country. He says FDC is the right force to unseat President Museveni.”

“I have come to Najjanankumbi several times as a visitor and I have shouted the slogan, flashed the V sign and done so much more. I was doing all that as a visitor. I am now glad that I am a member.”
