Panic as Vision Group Records Covid19 Case

A staff member at Vision Group has tespositive for coronavirus, the company CEO Robert Kabushenga has announced.

Through a statement published on the New Vision handles on Monday, Kabushenga said the Covid19 victim had been working at the head offices in Kampala.

Contacts of the patient are being traced with help of the Ministry. Once traced, they will all be tested and also quarantined at their respective homes.

There has been a spike of Covid 19 cases since the lockdown was lifted. According to a statement by the Minister of Health Jane Ruth Aceng, the spike is because of laxity in following Covid 19 guidelines.
