President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Lands minister Beti Namisango Kamya as the new Inspector General of Government (IGG).
The President made the announcement via Twitter on Thursday evening.
Museveni also appointed Anne Muhairwe as the Deputy Inspector General of Government.
Beti Kamya replaces Justice Irene Mulyagonja, who in July 2020, returned to the Judiciary to serve in the Court of Appeal.
