Kampala rugby fans and party lovers were Saturday night treated to a fun-filled jam session at the Rugby Africa7s after-party held at Kyadondo Rugby Club.
Uganda is hosting Rugby Africa sevens qualifiers which are pitting 14 nations, a tournament which will double as a qualifier to the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2022 in South Africa and the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.
In the games played on Saturday, Uganda Rugby Cranes got a 100% win after beating Burundi (73:00), Tunisia (29:00) and Zambia (40:07).
The day was more than just a sports day out for the rugby fan and fun-loving revelers as they got to enjoy musical breaks from deejays while sipping on Nile Special, a beer unmatched in Gold.
The after-party was another experience to talk about as partiers were treated to scintillating entertainment from Uganda’s finest artistes and deejays at the Nile Special fan pack.
Singer Zex Inchi Kumi Bilangilangi of the Magazine fame opened performances driving the already hyped crowds into frenzy.
Karole Kasita was next, bringing more energy from her vocals and electric choreography by her backup dancers. A surprise appearance by Lydia Jazmine and later Winnie Nwagi closed off the artistes’ session, ushering the revelers into a deejay session.
