Sad news reaching Tower Post News indicates that State Minister for Water and Environment Ronald Kibuule’s twins have passed on after drowning in a swimming pool on Monday (May 13th, 2019).
This website has learnt minister’s sons drowned at the swimming pool at his home in Mukono.
The circumstances under which the children drowned in the pool, however, remain unclear.
“They have been going to the pool but with permission. However, today their mother was not around and I think the caretakers were relaxed,” Minister Ronald Kibuule told NBS Television on phone.
By publication time, Police had retrieved the bodies from the pool and taken them to Mulago Hospital for postmortem.
