Uganda Airlines is extending its wings to new horizons. The national carrier has revealed that come Monday next week, they will be making flights to Bujumbura.

The carrier will be making three flights to Bujumbura every week. 

The carrier currently flies to Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Juba and a few other places.

There is a plan to add two more aircrafts in December, and when they touch down, more destinations will be added to the list.

Many Bujumbura nationals have expressed excitement through Twitter echoing that there was need for a sky route.
