French Montana Donates $100,000 to Expand Health Centre in Iganga

American rapper, French Montana did not only visit Uganda recently to shoot his “Unforgettable” music video but also to extend help to people in need.

The singer while in Uganda visited Suubi Health Centre, located in Iganga district where he interacted with patients and staff, who shared their healthcare challenges with him.

The rapper also donated $100,000 (about Ush 360,000,0000) to expand the health centre.

Suubi Medical Centre (SMC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian Medical charity project in Iganga, which serves a population of 56,000 people.

One of the challenges at this clinic is lack of enough room to accommodate all the patients, a reason why there is need for expansion.

Besides his generous donations, French Montana is also challenging his fans to help make a difference and support the #UnforgettableDanceChallenge by donating to the Mama Hope Non-Profit Organization.

The proceeds will go to expanding the Suubi Health Clinic.
