Maurice Kirya Performs for 50 People at 2017 Concert

Ugandan soul singer Maurice Kirya on Sunday (17^th September) held his 2017 concert at Protea Hotel in Kampala.

The concert dubbed “Kirya Live 2017 – Acoustic” attracted only 50 people, who parted with Shs 200,000 each.

Kirya put up a wonderful show as he performed his songs live while playing the guitar, amidst cheers from the audience who sang along to his lyrics.

Ugandan guitarist Myko Ouma and Acapela group the Canaan Gents also performed at the concert.

In 2016, Kirya organized a bigger concert duubed ‘Kirya Live 2016’ which was held at the Kampala Serena Hotel – Victoria Hall.
