PHOTOS: Grief as Singer Mozey Radio is Laid to Rest

Thousands of mourners from all walks of life thronged Kagga village – Nakawuka in Wakiso District on Saturday (February 3rd, 2017) for the burial of departed musician Moses Ssekibogo alias Mozey Radio.

Among the big names that attended the burial was Swangz Avenue boss Julius Kyazze, singers Jose Chameleone, Weasel, Pallaso, Eddy Kenzo, Jaguar from Kenya, Lydia Jazmine, Juliana Kanyomozi, Catherine Kusasira, Dr Hilderman, Mesach Semakula and many others.

Radio’s widows including singer Lilian Mbabazi, Jennifer Robinson and others were present at the burial together with their children.

The singer’s casket was lowered into the grave at around 3:30PM amidst tears and grief.

Radio of the GoodLyfe Due Radio and Weasel died on Thursday morning after being admitted to Case Hospital in Kampala for over a week.

He will be remembered as a great singer and songwriter who won people’s hearts with his wonderful voice and creative lyrics.
