This Friday, I’m closing the page with Africell Uganda and opening a new tab with a betting company. It’s been a great 3 years. I’m grateful for all the growth opportunities that I have been given and proud of all the work that we have produced as a team. pic.twitter.com/EiYO9HvD4t

Yahfoufi has been contracted to develop the online following and revenue of the betting house.
Prior to joining Africell, he worked with multinational advertising company Leo Burnett, serving its unit in Dubai.
Mohammad has been key in helping establish the digital marketing platforms of the telecom. His impact in the digital world has been enormous from setting up the company’s social media accounts, working to increase its following and establishing a successful influencer program. Also certified by Udacity for taking lessons in Google Adwords and Digital Marketing, Yahfoufi did his internship at Impact BBDO, another top advertising firm in the Middle East.
In the three years he’s been with Africell, he oversaw the telco’s flagship data marketing campaigns, namely: ‘Don’t be Cheated’, ‘SWIFT bundles’ and ‘Triple Data’.
He also employed his marketing skills to convince some of Uganda’s top celebrities like Sheilah Gashumba and Douglas Lwanga to join Africell’s marketing team in promoting the brand in Uganda.
With Lwanga as an Africell Uganda brand ambassador, Africell became the official sponsor of ‘Purple Party’, an outstanding event in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
