Former Kenyan President Daniel Arap Moi has been hospitalized over breathing difficulties, The Tower Post has learnt.
The 95 year-old is admitted at the Nairobi Hospital, the second time in a period of two weeks.
Moi’s Press Secretary Lee Njiru told local Kenyan press that the former president was taken to the hospital for a routine medical checkup.
“It is prudent and advisable that everybody should go for medical check-up, so Mzee Moi went for a medical check up,” Njiru is quoted by The Daily Nation as having said.
